Instructions

1. Lightly oil the frying pan with about 1-2 Tbs Oil (depending on quantity of dimsum) and heat it up on medium flame.
2. Place the frozen Dimsum on the pan and slowly brown the bottom on medium flame.
3. When the dimsum is lightly browned on the bottom, add about ¼ Cup to ½ Cup water to the pan and cover with Lid but leave a small opening to let the water evaporate.
4. When water has completely evaporated add a little oil to fry the dimsum a bit more and then take out and serve.
