Instructions

1. Place frozen dimsum into rigorously boiling water that has a little salt and cooking oil one by one.
2. Reduce flame to medium and gently stir the frozen dimsum to prevent it from sticking to the bottom and to separate them.
3. Increase flame slightly higher and stir the dimsum once in a while to ensure even cooking.
4. When the dimsum has floated to the top immediately add lukewarm water to prevent them from overcooking.
5. Take out the dimsum and serve.
