COOKING CHARSIU PORK

- Charsiu Pork (Uncooked)
Instructions
1. Put Foil in the Air Frier Basket or Oven rack.
2. Preheat Oven to a Setting to 180 o C to 200 o C. (No need for Air Frier).
3. Remove Marinade from Charsiu Pork and set aside.
4. Place the pork on top of the foil and heat for 20 minutes. 10 minutes for each side.
5. Make sure to brush marinade onto the pork after every 5 minutes.
6. Remove Pork from the oven rack or air frier basket. Cover with the foil and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
7. Mix some Honey with the juices and pour onto the sliced pork and serve.
